Can I use Kapso with my existing application?
Yes. Send messages from your backend and receive replies through webhooks. Keep your customer data and business logic in your app. Add Kapso workflows, AI agents, or a shared inbox when you need them.
How do I send templates and receive delivery updates?
Connect a production number and create an API key. Send a template approved for your WhatsApp Business Account, then set up a webhook for delivery updates and replies. Use the message ID to match each update to the message you sent. A successful API request does not mean the message was delivered.
Can I connect my existing WhatsApp number?
It depends on your setup and Meta’s rules. Check who owns the number and account, and make sure you have admin access. Eligible WhatsApp Business App numbers can stay in the app while using Kapso through coexistence. If your number uses another provider, ask Kapso to check how to move it first.
What should I check before switching from Zernio?
Check who owns your account and number, whether the number can move, and which templates you can keep. Review billing and update your API and webhook code. Test messages, replies, and handoff to your team before switching. Moving is not automatic, and there may be downtime.
How do Kapso charges and Meta fees work?
Your Kapso plan includes a set number of messages and other usage limits. Meta message fees are separate. Depending on your account setup, you pay those fees with Kapso credits or directly to Meta. Check the pricing page and billing docs for current rates and any extra fees.
Can I test Kapso before connecting a production number?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, has a shared sandbox. Register your phone and send the activation code to start testing messages, webhooks, workflows, and agents. Sending and syncing templates need a production number, so test those before launch.
