Can a dot work with WhatsApp through Kapso?

Yes. Add Kapso as a plugin and your dot can read conversations, check number health, send messages, manage templates, and configure webhooks from ChatGPT, Slack, or Teams, on Business Premium and Enterprise. Your Custom Rules decide what needs approval, and built-in safeguards always apply.

Which ChatGPT plans support this?

Kapso works with dots on Business Premium and on Enterprise and Edu, where dots are in beta. Dots are also on Pro (outside the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK), but there ChatGPT only lets custom plugins use read-only tools, and Kapso's WhatsApp tools aren't available that way yet.

Can my dot send messages on its own?

Only if your Custom Rules allow it. Set sending messages to ask before taking action and your dot checks with you first.

Do I need an API key?

No. The plugin signs in with OAuth: you sign in to Kapso and pick a project.
