An owner or admin adds the Kapso app from Integrations → Slack, invites @Kapso to a channel, mentions it, and connects the channel to a project. If Integrations → Slack isn't available in your project, contact support.

The Slack user who started the conversation can approve or reject tool calls without a Kapso account. Linked Kapso project members can also approve or reject. Strict follows the selected mode's approval settings. Autonomous runs all tool actions without approval, including sending messages and making changes.

No. The native integration runs internal Kapso Agent sessions, so customer conversations stay in Kapso. Use the Kapso inbox for customer-facing human replies.

Each Slack thread is one agent session. Mention @Kapso again in the same channel thread to continue, or reply in the thread of a direct message. A new top-level direct message starts a new session.

Yes. Mention @Kapso in a connected channel or message it directly. In DMs, Kapso selects a project automatically when it can; otherwise it asks you to link your Slack identity or have an owner or admin connect the workspace to a single project.

Anyone in a connected channel can ask. Tools execute with the authority of the owner or admin who connected the channel. If that person loses project access, the channel stops working until someone reconnects it.
