Debug APIs and webhooks
Ask why a WhatsApp API request or webhook delivery failed and investigate the project logs.
Add the Kapso Slack app, mention @Kapso in a connected channel or message it directly, and work on your WhatsApp project. Each Slack thread keeps one Kapso Agent session together.
Here are the results:
| Contact | Main topic |
|---|---|
| Alex Morgan | Checking the delivery date for a recent order. |
| Sam Rivera | Asking whether a jacket is available in medium. |
| Taylor Kim | Requesting a tracking link for a shipment. |
| Jordan Lee | Exchanging a pair of shoes for a different size. |
| Casey Brown | Comparing pricing for two subscription plans. |

Read installation steps →Yes. Mention @Kapso in a connected channel or message it directly. In DMs, Kapso selects a project automatically when it can; otherwise it asks you to link your Slack identity or have an owner or admin connect the workspace to a single project.
How DMs work →Each Slack thread is one agent session. Mention @Kapso again in the same channel thread to continue, or reply in the thread of a direct message. A new top-level direct message starts a new session.
Anyone in a connected channel can ask. Tools execute with the authority of the owner or admin who connected the channel. If that person loses project access, the channel stops working until someone reconnects it.
Review permissions →The Slack user who started the conversation can approve or reject tool calls without a Kapso account. Linked Kapso project members can also approve or reject. Strict mode follows the selected mode’s approval settings. Autonomous runs all tool actions without approval, including sending messages and making changes.
Review approval settings →No. The native integration runs internal Kapso Agent sessions. Use the Kapso inbox for customer-facing human replies. WhatsApp-to-Slack notifications and support escalation require a separate custom workflow.
Explore human handoff →Yes. Ask Kapso Agent to review and tune your project using the tools available in the selected mode.
Explore WhatsApp AI agents →Connect your project, mention @Kapso, and continue the work with your team.
