Build mini-apps inside WhatsApp

Kapso makes WhatsApp Flows easy. Describe what you want and our Agent builds, deploys, and debugs it for you. Forms, bookings, catalogs, connected to any API.

Official Meta Business Partner

WhatsApp Flows, made easier for developers.

Build the experience your customers need. Kapso brings the editor, version history, publishing, and data endpoints together in one place.

Registration and synchronization

Create Flows and sync existing ones with Meta from your Kapso project.

Version tracking

Keep an immutable history of Flow JSON changes as you build and refine each screen.

Publishing

Publish your Flow to Meta from Kapso when it is ready to use.

Encryption and decryption

Let Kapso handle encrypted requests and responses for dynamic Flows after one-time setup per phone number.

Data endpoints and secrets

Connect your function through a secure data endpoint URL with managed secrets.

Preview and invocation logs

Test with browser preview links, verify Meta webhook signatures, and inspect data endpoint calls and responses.

Build. Connect. Preview.

Write your Flow JSON, connect live data, and check the experience as you build.

  1. Build in JSON

Define your screens, fields, and navigation in Flow JSON. Save changes with version history.

  2. Connect your data

Attach a function to fetch live availability, inventory, or customer data from your APIs.

  3. Preview as you build

Check your screens in Preview, send a test to your phone, and publish when you’re ready.

Less back-and-forth. More completed bookings.

Give customers a clear path to finish, and give your team data it can use.

Save on messages

Replace a string of questions and replies with one Flow. Customers submit their details together, using fewer messages from your Kapso allowance and helping reduce message overages.

Use your live business data

Connect a function to your calendar, inventory, or CRM. Show available appointments and relevant options while the customer fills out the Flow.

Put every response to work

Review submissions in Kapso or receive structured responses through webhooks. Use the submitted fields to update your CRM, confirm a booking, or start the next step in your app.

A few things to know

What are WhatsApp Flows?

WhatsApp Flows are interactive forms that run natively inside WhatsApp. Users tap through screens, fill fields, and submit data without leaving the chat.

What can I build with WhatsApp Flows?

Build lead capture and qualification forms, appointment bookings, surveys and feedback, order forms, customer support intake, and registration flows.

Do WhatsApp Flows require Meta Business verification?

Yes. WhatsApp Flows require a Verified Meta Business Portfolio. Set a WhatsApp phone number in the Info panel before publishing and testing.

Read the requirements →
What is the difference between static and dynamic Flows?

Static Flows define fixed content in Flow JSON and make no server calls during interaction. Dynamic Flows use a data endpoint function for personalized content, real-time availability, and external API data.

Compare Flow modes →
Can Kapso send a Flow through the API?

Yes. Send a published Flow as an interactive message within the 24-hour customer service window. Outside that window, use an approved message template with a FLOW button.

Sending documentation →
How do I receive Flow responses?

Subscribe to whatsapp.message.received and filter for interactive.type equal to nfm_reply. Kapso parses the submitted data into kapso.flow_response and stores Flow responses.

Receive Flow responses →
Does Kapso handle Flow encryption?

Yes. After one-time Flows encryption setup per phone number, Kapso decrypts dynamic Flow requests, forwards the payload to your function, and encrypts the response for Meta.

When should I use a Flow instead of an AI Agent?

Use a Flow for structured, repeatable processes such as onboarding, bookings, surveys, and lead qualification. Use an AI Agent for open-ended questions, support conversations, and requests that need reasoning.
