Ask Kapso Agent to build or fix it

Kapso Agent builds and fixes your WhatsApp workflows, templates, and Flows. Ask it from the dashboard, Slack, or the API.

Ask from where you work

  • Dashboard: a side panel on every page, prefilled from Logs and Findings, plus an inbox sidebar.
  • Slack: mention @Kapso in a channel or DM it. Each thread is a session with a live plan and approval cards.
  • API: start runs with POST /platform/v1/kapso-agent/runs and get signed webhooks when they need approval or finish.

Modes

  • Auto picks the right mode for you.
  • Workflows, API, WhatsApp Templates, WhatsApp Flows, Inbox, and Findings each give the agent the tools for one job.

Investigations

  • Investigate with AI reads the evidence behind a recurring WhatsApp problem, like failed template sends, and returns a summary, likely causes, and up to three suggested fixes.
  • Investigations are read-only by default: their own tools never message customers, change settings, or edit code. MCP servers you assign run as configured.

Make it yours

  • Custom modes set their own instructions, model, surfaces, and capabilities.
  • Connect MCP servers, assign GitHub repositories (read-only), store encrypted variables, and run commands in a sandbox.

Frequently asked questions

What is Kapso Agent?

An AI agent built into Kapso that builds, inspects, and manages your WhatsApp project: workflows, WhatsApp templates and Flows, the inbox, logs, and findings. It is not the Agent node in workflows, which talks to your customers.

How much does it cost?

It's included on every plan. Runs use your project's AI credits, each run shows its cost, and runs stop if your credits run out.

Can it change things without asking?

Not by default. Reading is never gated, sending messages needs approval, and other changes ask first unless a custom mode turns that off. In Slack you choose Strict or Autonomous approvals; Autonomous approves everything automatically, sending messages included.

How do I use it from Slack?

A project owner or admin adds the Kapso app from Integrations → Slack. Invite @Kapso to a channel and mention it: each thread becomes a session. Runs use the permissions of a project owner or admin: whoever connected the channel, or, if they aren't one, whoever added Slack to the project.
